Welcome to the fifth NetDiligence® Spotlight on Ransomware. Since our last report in May 2022, ransomware has continued to worsen. After a slight lull in 2022, the frequency and magnitude of incidents has again been increasing for both insurers and their clients. Every sector of the global economy and every branch of government at every level continues to be impacted. In addition, the continued conflict in Ukraine has sparked active cyber warfare between Russia and other nations, including ransomware attacks.
